We live in linear time. God doesn't.

There is a past, a present and a future on the timeline of our lives and our awareness is limited to the present and past. The future is largely unknown to us. 

As a result, we identify with the person we are now because we do not yet have a reference point for the person we are becoming. 

That's why so many of us are riddled with insecurity, self-judgement and imposter syndrome.

Only God sees our future. He sees our triumph even when we are still in the midst of the battle. We only see the chaos of life right now and everything being thrown at us.

What we need to be aware of is that even when we don't see the final outcome yet, the person we are becoming already exists within us. All the seeds of that person are alive and well inside of each of us right now.
